Return
Requests for replacement, return, or refund will be entertained only if submitted within 3 working days of receiving the product. Customers may also initiate requests for return or refund prior to the product’s delivery. However, we SHALL NOT consider any requests for replacement, return, or refund after 3 working days from the date of product delivery.
Before initiating any request for replacement or return, please be aware that we will only process such requests under the following circumstances:
- If the supplied product has a manufacturing defect.
- If the product supplied differs from the product ordered.
- If the supplied product has not been used or worn out.
- If the customer returns it in the same original packaging in which it was received, ensuring the original packaging is neither broken nor soiled.
Cancellations
If you choose to cancel the order online before the product is shipped, the entire order amount will be refunded to you. Otherwise, if you do not cancel before shipping, your cancellation request will not be considered, and the item will be shipped to you. Refunds for cancelled products will be credited to the original method of payment used within 7 working days.
Refund
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective, damaged, or the wrong product. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please contact us at the provided number on our website with details of the product and the issue.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable period of time regarding whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement due to the defect. If you are eligible for a replacement or refund, we will proceed to replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.

- Returns must be shipped back to us within 3 days of notifying us of your intent to return.
